Toyah joined our staff in September 2005. A former customer service and national accounts manager for six years, she brings her experience of working in a fast paced ever changing work environment to our office. She is the first person our clients see and speak to when coming into our office or telephoning. Scheduling appointments for ICF clients, processing billing, and general support of staff are some of the duties performed on a daily basis. Toyah received her B.A. in Communication Arts from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland in 1994. She lives in York, PA with her husband, Mike. Toyah also enjoys her other career as a PIAA District 3 Girls Basketball and Lacrosse official and competes at local horse shows.
